WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
We ship to all addresses and postcodes across the UK that are covered by Royal Mail’s tracked postal services
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We aim to process and dispatch orders that are completed before 1:30pm in the same day (excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays), although this is not always the case. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
From then, the delivery time will depend on the service you choose (see below).
WHAT IS THE COST?
· Standard Shipping: Minimum orders under £30 will incur a flat £4 shipping fee.
· Free Shipping: Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, all of our orders* are sent using Royal Mail’s tracked postal services. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we will share your email address and mobile number (if you have provided it, and unless you explicitly state in advance that you do not wish for us to do so) with Royal Mail so that you can receive a tracking number, as well as updates on your delivery and instructions on what to do if you won’t be home when they plan to attempt delivery of your order.
*This excludes orders placed for one single packet of food, which are sent via Royal Mail's Standard 2nd Class Service for Large Letters, which takes approximately 2-3 business days to arrive.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW?
From time to time, Royal Mail takes industrial action and strikes which can cause delays in the time it takes for us to get your order delivered to you. We will post any news of upcoming postal strikes on this webpage, and we will do our best to communicate this to you when you place your order. However, please note that this is not always possible, so it is your responsibility to stay up to date on this information, as well as to check back to this webpage for any information we may have provided regarding this.
WILL OUR SHIPPING POLICY CHANGE?
We may update our Shipping Policy from time to time without any prior notice, so it is advised that you check back here before placing an order so that you can keep up to date with all of the latest information.
